The success of a project is tightly linked to the program information. Many projects require an intensive programming effort to determine space needs. The client, staff and end user are interviewed to extract specific detailed information. Key components include types and sizes of spaces needed, required adjacencies, security issues, equipment requirements, future growth requirements and aesthetic appearance.

Due diligence, code analysis and site analysis reports incorporate the review of existing conditions. These establish the suitability of a site or building for a specific use.

The ability to visualize a project in 3 dimensions is complimentary to the design process by depicting material finishes, lighting, colors, interior/exterior appeal, landscaping, spatial quality of prominent areas, and impacts to surrounding communities.

The realism of computer-generated images captures materials, texture, lighting, color, form, and how they interact in space. The ability to foresee these elements prior to design completion reduces costly design changes that may occur during construction or after the completion of a project.

3D imagery also provides enhanced marketing materials for clients and adds increased visual understanding of projects when presented to City and Community review boards.
